My REM talks to me, and it provides me wisdom.
This is the first time, I'm documenting it.
I dreamt of my past, and realised my whole life has been a loop of losing what I loved. School, people, places, a way of living. Every time I got attached, life moved on, and the separation fucked me up more than I realised.
I think it's human to attach. To people, places, routines. Maybe that's what makes them feel like home.
Now I'm detached from almost everything. People leave, places change, life moves, and I barely react. Even when I dream of those moments, I wake up and analyse the dream instead of missing what I lost.
I don't think I want that anymore. I don't want absence, I want presence. I like people. I like what's around me. I just keep switching lives before I ever become part of one.
I don't want to end up as just another thinker. I want to make games. I want characters that feel painfully human.
The dream wasn't even about this. This is just what I got out of it. Lol.
